Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey. We partner with trusted global artisans and couriers to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.

Returns

Every artwork is created and customized to your selection exclusively for you, which means all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes once production begins.

If your piece arrives with any damage or imperfection, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it promptly and ensure you receive a piece worthy of your space.
